About the Evening
Families welcome
Wednesday night is for everyone. Kids, parents, grandparents are all welcome.
Thursday's ceremony and reception are adults only, so for those who've arranged for family to hold down the fort with the little ones — thank you — this is a chance for everyone to be together first.
We've found a spot with a playground and plenty of room to move, so the kids can run wild (we can take turns supervising) while the rest of us connect over drinks and good food, ordered on-site as you like.
Nothing fancy, just good company.
Come and go as you please
Reservation's at 5pm with no fixed finish, though the venue wraps up by 9pm. We'll slip away around 8 for some beauty sleep, but you're welcome to linger.
Come if you can, and no hard feelings if you can't.

About the Day
Details
Ceremony begins at 3:30pm, followed by cocktails and canapés, a long table dinner, and dancing into the night. Parking is available if you're driving.
A shuttle bus will be running to and from the venue. If you would like to use the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP and send through your address as soon as you've locked in accommodation — no later than 26th October so we can organise routes and let you know when to be ready for pick up.
Dress code
Formal. A chance to dress up, look good, and, more importantly, feel good.
On that note, the ceremony and reception are outdoors on grass, so you may want to bring a layer for once the sun goes down and consider footwear. Aerating the lawn is voluntary.

We're having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you enjoy this special moment with us presently. Please keep your phones in your pocket or handbag. We have talented photographers and videographers capturing every detail, which we'll share with you afterwards.

The Morning After
Come and go as you please
We're back at Tanah Marah, this time no schedule, no formality. Arrive anytime from 11am and leave when you like. Whatever suits your drive home.
On the day
We'll provide the coffee and BBQ. There will be lawn games by the lake. Bring your bathers if you're up for a swim. A small golf course and tennis courts are yours to enjoy. BYO equipment or use what's there.
Everyone's welcome
Kids included. There's plenty of space to enjoy, explore, and take your time.
Wedding FAQ
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by 11th August 2026 so we can finalise numbers with our vendors.
What happens if I don't RSVP on time?
We know life gets busy. We'll miss you celebrating with us however we're required to provide an exact guest count within the timeframe set by our vendors. For this reason, we won't be able to accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue capacity, we're only able to accommodate those formally listed on the wedding invitation and confirmed on our RSVP. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
Are kids allowed?
We love your little ones, though we're keeping the ceremony and reception adults-only in hopes you can enjoy a well deserved night off. We appreciate the effort it takes to plan ahead and are so grateful to have you join us. We will be thrilled to see them at our welcome dinner and recovery.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying in or near Margaret River town.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time — this gives you time to get familiar with the venue, use the restroom, and make the short walk to the ceremony location.
Is there parking?
Yes. There's plenty of free parking at the venue. We also have a shuttle bus running to and from the venue. If you would like to use the shuttle, please let us know when you RSVP and send through your address as soon as you've locked in accommodation — no later than 26th October so we can organise routes and let you know when to be ready for pick up.
Can I take pictures?
We're having an "unplugged" ceremony and kindly ask that you enjoy this special moment presently with us. Please keep your phones in your pocket or handbag. Don't worry — we're keeping the ceremony short and sweet, and we have incredibly talented photographers and videographers capturing every detail, which we'll share with you afterwards.
Is the ceremony / reception indoors or outdoors?
Both our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, with a marquee to keep us comfortable throughout dinner.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you — so get ready to party! For this reason, we've arranged transport to and from the venue.

What to Wear
Not sure what to wear? We don't have a strict dress code — just come as yourselves and make it colourful. Here's some inspiration if you're stuck.
Colour
Lean into colour — florals, earthy tones, bold prints. This is not the day for all black.
Footwear
The ceremony is on grass — block heels or flats are your friends. Sneakers totally welcome.
Weather
It'll be warm — think light fabrics. Bring a layer for the evening once the sun goes down.
